These terms apply when you use thefixturistic.com, book a service, or communicate with Fixturistic by phone or text. By booking or using our services, you agree to them.

Our services

Fixturistic provides home installation services in the Inland Empire, California, including TV mounting, light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, smart home devices, and similar installs. We may decline a job if it is unsafe or outside the scope of what we install.

Pricing

Our rate is $159 for the first hour, which includes labor and standard mounting hardware, then $39.75 per 15 minutes after that. We reserve a 2-hour window for each appointment, but you only pay for time actually worked. Any additional parts or materials are discussed and approved by you before we use them.

First-booking discount

New customers receive $30 off their first completed install. One per household. It cannot be combined with other offers.

Our guarantees

On-time guarantee: if we arrive after the start of your appointment window, we take $20 off automatically.

30-day return: if something we installed isn't right within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge. This covers our workmanship, not damage from misuse or defects in products you supply.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel online using the links in your confirmation until 24 hours before your appointment. After that, please call or text us at (951) 641-1997.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure someone 18 or older is home, the work area is clear, and any item you're supplying is on site. You're responsible for the condition and suitability of products you provide.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is completed.

SMS terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Fixturistic about your quote requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups, and, if you checked the marketing box, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fixturistic's liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
